I don’t need to know anything about the people I photograph,

Taking pictures is like tiptoeing into the kitchen late at night and stealing Oreo cookies (Diane Arbus)

A few weeks ago I asked the students in my digital photography class to try to  take some  portraits with only available light. Since it was late at night this resulted in a lot of shots of people looking at the ceiling  (where the lights were). This is one of my own shots.

Vorig weekend trok ik met de studenten van een van mijn fotografieklassen naar Het Broek in Blaasveld,
een klein paradijs voor wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers. Enkele persoonlijke impressies.

Last weekend I travelled to Het Broek in Blaasveld, together with the  students in  one of my digital photography classes.
Over the next few days I’ll be posting some personal impressions of the domain.
